What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, as well as Paypal.  As we implement new methods of payment, we will let you know!

How secure is your payment processing?
We are committed to protecting your personal and payment information and use web secure payment methods to ensure it.  If anything ever seems odd or you don't recognize or understand a charge from us, please call or email us and we will happily work with you to resolve the issue.  

How quickly after I order something will it ship out?
We are still a very small operation, so everything ships out of our stores.  As soon as we receive an order, one of our team members will begin the process of getting it all together for shipping.  The earlier in the day you order something, the higher the chances of it going out the same day.  Otherwise, items will ship the next business day.

I ordered the wrong item/size!  Can I change/cancel my order?
Of course!  While you can't change or cancel the order on our site once it has been placed, you can call us (fastest) or email us and let us know what happened.  As long as we haven't already shipped out the item, we'll go ahead and fix the problem for you and send you what you originally intended instead.  If the order has already shipped, simply follow the return or exchange procedure once it arrives.

So how do I return/exchange something?
Refer to our "Returns" section for details on the process.  

I've noticed that some of your prices are lower than a lot of your competitors. What gives?  
We're glad you noticed!  We try to keep our prices as low as we can to give you the best deal possible.  Items from certain brands often come with a MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) which is the industry standard in most cases.  We believe that we should decide what to charge for an item and that it should be fair.  That being said, we never charge over the MSRP, but sometimes charge under, which keeps your wallet happy.

Where do your clothes come from?
We buy from brands all over the world and have a personal working relationship with each one of them.  Everything you see on our site came to us directly from each individual brand.  If anything is ever not a new, unused item (vintage, etc.), we will make mention of it in the item description. 

What are your sizes like?
Most of our collections run true to size.  Some run a little small, some a little big.  We will always include sizing information in each item's description and you can click the "Size Chart" link at the bottom of the home page.  You can always call us if you have any specific questions, we're here to help!

How long does it take to receive my refund after I return something.
Once we receive your return, provided that the item(s) are returnable, we will initiate your refund.  How long it takes from that point depends on your bank, but usually is back in your account within 3-7 business days.  Feel free to call or email us to check in on the status of a refund.  

If I order something and am in the area, can I come pick it up?
Of course!  It just depends on the item and which location you're near.  If you want to order something and pick it up, please call us first, we may be able to do everything over the phone.
